Shipping questions
When will my order ship?
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information for your order once it has been shipped.
We try our best to ship your order ASAP. Orders may take up to 5 days to process based on order size and items in order.
Where is my order?
Once your order is handed over to USPS. you can use their online order tracking system to see when your package will arrive. You can also download the Shop app to track your orders.
My order is marked as delivered but I don't have the package.
Sometimes carriers mark packages as delivered a few hours before they actually arrive. We recommend checking around your property, including any side doors, porches, garages, or with neighbors who might have accepted it on your behalf.
If it still hasn’t turned up after 24 hours, please reach out to us at shop@palmbeachdegenerate.com and we’ll help investigate and make it right.
Can I change the delivery address on my order?
We’re happy to help if your order hasn’t shipped yet. Please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to update the address. You can use our contact form or reach out to shop@palmbeachdegenerate.com with your name and order number.
If your order has already shipped, we’re unfortunately unable to change the delivery address. You may be able to reroute the package directly through the carrier once it’s in transit.
Returns questions
Can I return my order?
We are happy to accept returns within 30 days for unworn products. Please use our contact form to request a return
Do I have to pay return shipping?
Yes, we ask that you ship any returns to the address provided in the return instructions. If necessary, we can provide a pre-paid shipping label and we will reduce the refunded total by the cost of postage.
When will I get my refund?
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
